Digital music purchases

CROSSBORNE offers digital music and related content through crossbornemusic.com. Prices and available products are displayed before checkout. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider.

License and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, a purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to the purchased music for your own personal use. Purchasing music does not transfer copyright or ownership of the recordings, compositions, artwork, or other content.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense, reproduce for commercial distribution, or otherwise exploit purchased files except where applicable law expressly permits it or you have written permission from the rights holder.

Delivery

Refunds and payment issues
